Phillip Pierias, Managing Director, has been involved in the Marine Industry for the past 13 years; 8 years of which he has been Owner and director of Advanced Trimming, where boating has been his main focus.

During his time he has maintained involvement with several key players in the marine industry, such as Haines Hunter, Savage, Stacer and also working for dealerships including Melton Boating Centre, Footscray Marine and Geelong Boating Centre.

As a boat owner and keen fisherman, Phil has a broad understanding of most boats and outboard brands.  "I am able to give our customers assistance based on the boat owner/fisherman's point of view" Phil said.  Most importantly, Phil understands how a boat should perform and the aspects of safe boating.
